Do I need a Gmail account for Google Drive?
No, you do not need a Gmail and can access Google Drive by creating a Google account using any email address (including Yahoo & Hotmail). When creating a Google account, you have the option to use your non Gmail email address. For more information, please visit the Google Help Center.
Can I use this spreadsheet on my phone or tablet?
Yes, you can use it with any device that has Google Drive. Sign in with the same Google account on each device. You can also use the spreadsheet offline by enabling offline access in Google Sheets.
I received a PDF. How do I use my spreadsheet?
After purchase, you’ll get an email with a PDF attached. This PDF has a clickable button. Click the link then select “Make a copy”. Your copy should appear in your Google Drive under “My Drive”.
How do I change currency?
You can easily change the currency of the template by typing the currency symbol when you setup your budget in the Setup tab. You only need to setup your currency once, then it updates the entire budget.
How do I setup the template for next year?
Simply make a new copy of your original PDF
Can I use the template if have weekly or biweekly income?
Yes, the template works with any pay frequency. You don’t need to fill in the entire month at once. Just add each paycheck as you receive it in your Monthly Budget Tab as they come up. At the end of the month, the template updates automatically and gives you month overview.
